Making a long story short

At the end of the year 2002, JAMES LLOYD ("doing business as CHRISTIAN MEDIA NETWORK") chose to believe the lies of certain CHRISTIAN MEDIA "clients" (also called "Network Hosts"over his loyal longtime servant Craig Portwood. As a result, James began publishing scandalous lies about me, refusing to examine evidence which proved his "sources" to be liars. They later bailed out of CMN, leaving James holding the bag so to speak.

After months of such defamatory comments against me (on the radio, and on the internet) , rather than go to the State for my justice in a lawsuit against James Lloyd, Susan Lenox, Rick Walters, Ralph and Kathy Haaff and others, I began simply documenting on this website what had occurred at CHRISTIAN MEDIA NETWORK.

I continued to reach James with the truth and to ask James to stop publishing false accusations which were hurtful to innocent people and to James himself. James refused to hear the warnings, calling them "threats". James continued to make his psychotic predictions (made in the name of "The Lord") that America would be destroyed on ore before July 4, 2003 and when that proved false the date was moved to July 4, 2004. Two weeks before July 4, 2004, JAMES LLOYD dba CHRISTIAN MEDIA NETWORK, filed a lawsuit to keep his listeners (whom his own lawsuit filing refers to as "customers") from knowing the truth about what is being done with the money they send to him.

I always wondered whether he was simply lying to sell more survival merchandise, or simply trying to be first in line to persecute the saints once the tribulation began. Lucky me.

On August 3, 2004, after being served with the complaint which ordered me to answer their charges, I mailed a "cease and desist" letter to JAMES LLOYD, and to his lawyer JASON BROUHARD (who specializes in employment law among other things), junior partner in the Corporate law firm of BROWN, HUGHES, ROTE, WHITMORE, & BROUHARD, LLP , giving JAMES LLOYD dba CHRISTIAN MEDIA NETWORK one last opportunity to do the right thing.

James Lloyd responded by hiring a "Private Eye" to "investigate" me, which I can only interpret as an intimidation tactic. How pathetic.

If more slander comes my way because of James Lloyd's use of such unsavory people, I am ready to seek legal recourse.

The following day, James issued a statement on his "APOCALYPSE CHRONICLES" show that he was being "threatened physically", perhaps hoping to engender sympathy from his customers who may believe that I have somehow threatened James, justifying his spending God's money on a "Private Eye".

It was interesting to discover through formal discovery that James has filed no report with the Police to report these "threats". I guess lying to his "customers" in the name of "The Lord" is one thing; lying to the Police is yet another.

James regularly issues statements on air, speaking of all the people who are "threats" to him.

JAMES LLOYD (doing business as CHRISTIAN MEDIA NETWORK) is well known for his statements that "the lawyers and the Courts are all a bunch of lying, criminal bastards". He has complained when others have threatened him with lawsuits, yet he maintains that he is justified in doing the same.

It is interesting that James complains that he has been "betrayed" by Christians just as Christ was betrayed by Judas. He forgets that Judas was the the one who went to the government to hand Jesus over to the courts to get MONEY. I guess he has his "role reversals" confused.

By all appearances, he is nothing more than a con man and a hypocrite.

Many people are beginning to share stories of their "commercial relationship" with him. Most feel as though they have been used.

One thing is encouraging in all this...People seem to be waking up to the truth of this man, and all we can hope is that enough hard evidence will surface in the courtroom which cannot be denied and that when it is made public, it will prevent him from hurting anyone else.
