Continued: CMN conceived in sin This means that James Lloyd was (by his own definition) brazenly committing adultery with Susan Lenox while still married to Anita. This adulterous affair continued for more than two years before Susan filed this (and another four years after that) which complains that James Lloyd destroyed her property, physically injured her, and tried to rape her , all while he was drunk. He then stalked her, according to this sworn statement of Susan Lenox. All the while he was involved in his extra marital activities with Susan , James was publishing the "Christian Media Newsletter"! According to a statement made by Christian Media Lawyer Jason Brouhard on behalf of his clients James Lloyd and Susan Lenox, the couple began using drugs immediately prior to James Lloyd's false prophecy of 1998. In that public statement issued in April of 2007 through their lawyer Jason Brouhard, James Lloyd and Susan Lenox freely admitted to "being substance abusers" "...within the last ten years (but)...". This revelation was in support of a Motion in Limine to prevent the defendants from introducing any evidence during the trial that "James Lloyd sold drugs as a youth". As this admission was made in open court in April of 2007 and creates a timeline for their drug use, it places their admitted illicit drug use squarely in the time period where James Lloyd was making false predictions as a "Prophet of the Lord" at Christian Media. Other Motions in Limine introduced by Lloyd and Lenox prevent the defendants from introducing any evidence making mention of or relating to the the plaintiffs marital status, their net worth or the value of the plaintiffs estate. Likewise, they successfully moved the Court to prevent any mention of James Lloyd's 1990 attack upon Susan Lenox. Although masquerading in public as as "ministers of the Gospel", Lloyd and Lenox also worked successfully to move the court to ban any mention of the Holy Bible and any references to scripture in any court proceeding. The documents which prove this can be read by following this link. Despite all this, Lloyd and Lenox continue without a hint of remorse or sense of shame.
