The Rise and Fall of James Lloyd
 
This is a facsimile of the restraining order Susan Lenox filed against her "live in" fiancé James Lloyd just before he began writing his "Foundational" prophecy book "Beyond Babylon" (which according to Lloyd, was begun when Iraq invaded Kuwait on August 2, 1990). Copies of the actual documents can be seen below.  According to documents filed with the Court, the couple engaged in an illicit relationship for another 4 years before deciding to marry.

If Susan Lenox's statement is correct, James was transformed from a drunken, violent, abusive, individual who attempted to force her into sexual intercourse, into a "Prophet of the Lord" in less than 2 months! 

What a miracle!

Consider the fact that his own "Bio" states that: "James wrote several books on Christian music, and began publishing Christian Media as a newsletter in 1982. After 20 years of studying Bible prophecy, he wrote Beyond Babylon--his first prophecy book. The book was followed by the publication of The Apocalyspe Chronicles, a prophecy newsletter first published in 1992. Since then, he has written 15 books, edited and written dozens of articles for both periodicals, and launched a daily Bible prophecy broadcast called The Apocalypse Chronicles."

This means that while he was involved in his extra marital activities with Susan (as well as all the other behaviors of the flesh noted in the complaint below), James was publishing the "Christian Media Newsletter". He was also (according to the "bio") "studying Bible prophecy" for 20 years prior to this event!

Although he accuses me of "adultery" (without proof),  his practice is documented. 

Notice the fact that Susan stated for the record, that she "lived with respondent from April 1, 1988 to April 17, 1990. Respondent is an adult and is my ex-fiancé." 

When exactly did he divorce his first wife Anita Lloyd?

The divorce proceeding (Case No. 87-DR0924) was settled on April 10, 1988, 9 days after he began living with Susan Lenox!  This means that James Lloyd was (by his own definition) committing adultery with Susan Lenox while still married to Anita.

This adulterous affair continued for more than two years before Susan filed this restraining order (and another four years after that) which complains that James Lloyd destroyed her property, physically injured her, and tried to rape her ( a "sexual perversion"), all while he was drunk, according to this restraining order. He then stalked her, according to the sworn statement of Susan Lenox

Was Susan Lenox the cause of the breakup in James Lloyd's marriage to Anita Delores Murillo Lloyd ?

Why won't they REPENT of their deeds?

Is it because they are too busy accusing the brethren?

It it Pride?

Is it about the MONEY?

James Lloyd has stated many times that people who lie are operating in the spirit of Antichrist. These documents prove then that either James Lloyd, or Susan Lenox, are lying and thus operating in the spirit of Antichrist.

The only question then, is which of them lied in this instance?

Petitioner alleges:

I am a resident of Jackson County, Oregon, and am 30 years old, and respondent is a resident of Jackson County, Oregon and is 38 years old. I have been living with respondent since April 1, 1988.

I lived with respondent from April 1, 1988 to April 17, 1990. Respondent is an adult and is my ex-fiancé.

I am a victim of abuse committed by respondent within 180 days preceding the filing of this petition, in that respondent has:

  • caused me bodily injury. He kicked my head, hurt my leg by dragging me back into his house while trying to leave.

  • attempted to cause me bodily injury. Thrown a stool at me, kicked on my bedroom door, he put his fist through the kitchen cabinet, smashed all my dishes.

  • placed me in fear of imminent serious bodily injury. Said he wanted to strangle me and wanted to drown me in the hot tub.

  • tried to cause me to engage in involuntary sexual relations by force or threat of force. Saturday, June 2 at 2:30 he showed up at a friend's house (sic) I had been staying. After yelling he wanted me to go to dinner with him and to spend the night at his house to make love.

The abuse I am complaining about happened on June 5, Tuesday, at 220 Vilas, Central Point, in Jackson County. Respondent injured or threatened to injure me in the following way: Kathleen Morey was present--both times when he showed up as I was staying with her. My release papers state no victim contact. . . yet he continues to call my friends to find out where I am staying. He has showed up two times trying to get me to come back . . . even though he is mad, angry and hostile. He said he wants to bring me into court trail (sic) in prison greens. He is violating my no victim contact. He calls my friend Laura Shatto every day at her place of employment to inquire about my whereabouts and if I have said any in order to "help him." Miss Shatto's work #488-2798. Rose Brown also has been receiving rude phone calls at her house where I have also been staying at 505 Benson--Medford her #770-3329.

I am in immediate and present danger of further abuse, because of my release agreement with the court and threats he has made to me. James Lloyd drinks heavily and becomes uncontrollably violent.

There us a proceeding for marital annulment, dissolution or a filtration (paternity) (Palimony Suit 90-1192-L-3) proceeding pending between me and the respondent. It is filed in Jackson County, State of Oregon. There is not another custody or family abuse prevention act proceeding pending between me and respondent.

Petitioner should be granted the following relief:

  • Respondent should be restrained from, in any manner, molesting, interfering with or menacing me.

  • Respondent should be restrained from entering my home, place of employment although currently unemployed, I will be working again, and my softball games in which I play for Alex's softball team.

Petitioner is permitted to return to the parties' residence with a peace officer to remove the following essential personal effects of petitioner:

  • My Bed
  • My Dog (Gregory)
  • Pool Table
  • Furniture - Dresser
  • Bike
  • My Finches
  • 2 Horses -- Starbaby and Cherris

 

 

 

WHEREFORE, petitioner prays for the relief petitioned for in Paragraph 7 and such other relief as the court seems just.

Since James DID NOT attend the hearing to defend himself, it is not clear that he had conned Susan into not attending the hearing? 

How did he do it?

Threats? Duress? Coercion?

Unless and until they come clean about the matter, it will be heir their "little secret".
